Franco Casadio

Between destruction and renewal.

Franco Casadio is a Chilean artist based in Mexico whose work explores the dramatic and ever-changing relationship between humanity and the natural world.

Through powerful compositions, expressive impasto, and a palette that moves from glacial blues to incandescent oranges, Franco evokes landscapes suspended between devastation and renewal. His paintings capture nature at its most intense: vast, untamed, and impossible to fully control.

Beneath the drama of his imagery lies a deeper reflection on the fragility of our environment and the extraordinary resilience of the natural world. His work invites us to confront the beauty and vulnerability of the landscapes we inhabit, and to consider what remains, what is lost, and what may emerge again.

Franco has held two solo exhibitions and participated in four group exhibitions in Mexico.

At Ogma Art Gallery, his work speaks to the profound forces that shape our world, reminding us that nature is not merely the setting of our lives, but a living presence of which we are a part.

Katerina Gutiérrez

Where nature becomes a living memory.

A Chilean artist trained in Chile and Spain, Katerina Gutiérrez has presented twelve solo exhibitions and participated in fifty group exhibitions across Chile, Mexico, Italy, Germany, and Spain.

Her work grows from a deep connection with the natural world: the quiet strength of plant life, the fertility of the earth, and the intricate ways in which all living things are connected. Through oil painting, she creates delicate, almost watercolor-like layers in which roots, branches, and vivid flashes of color intertwine, evoking the movement, fragility, and resilience of nature itself.

For Katerina, working with natural materials is more than an artistic choice; it reflects a way of thinking about the world we are shaping and the future we leave behind. As a mother, she feels a particular responsibility toward the generations to come. Her work carries a quiet hope that her children, and all children, will inherit a world where nature is not something distant to admire, but something precious to care for and live in harmony with.

Each painting becomes an invitation to pause, to reconnect with the living world, and to recognize that our relationship with nature is not separate from our own story. It is part of who we are, what sustains us, and what we have the responsibility to protect.

Through her work, Katerina invites us to look more closely, feel more deeply, and remember the world we share.

At Ogma Art Gallery, we see in her work a reminder that caring for nature begins with feeling connected to it.
