SOBRE OGMA
ORIGIN OF OGMA: Ogma art gallery established in Oaxaca, Mexico. A territory that breathes art, color, and tradition. But our true origin is not only in the ground we walk on, but in the roads we traveled.
While traveling through Latin America, we encountered a reality that repeated itself over and over again: an overflowing artistic talent, but an alarming lack of representation. We discovered emerging artists creating extraordinary works in improvised studios, with impeccable techniques and profound discourses, but without a real bridge connecting them to the world. The same disparity was repeated in Chile, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia.
We decided it was time to change that narrative.
Ogma art gallery: an online gallery conceived as a bridge between Latin American talent and collectors around the world. We are not just a sales platform; we are curators, storytellers, and promoters. We rigorously select each work, document its history, and guarantee a transparent, secure, and high-end purchasing experience.
Our name honors Ogma, the Celtic god of eloquence and writing. We firmly believe that art is a universal language, and our mission is to give a voice to those who have been silenced by lack of opportunities.
At Ogma art gallery, art speaks. And that word now travels the world.

Where art speaks.
Ogma is a deity from Irish Celtic mythology, a member of the Tuatha Dé Danann. Son of Elatha and Ethniu, and brother of Dagda, he was a warrior and champion, but above all he is remembered as the god of eloquence, poetry, writing, and knowledge. Tradition attributes to him the invention of Ogham, the ancient Irish alphabet used on stones and monuments. In Gaulish tradition he is associated with Ogmios, god of the word and persuasion, represented with chains that linked his tongue to the ears of his followers: a symbol that wise words guide and connect.
His figure embodies the power to name, tell, and transmit. Ogma art gallery unites that legacy: art as language, the image as writing, and the gallery as a space where works speak and stories travelOgma is a deity from Irish Celtic mythology, a member of the Tuatha Dé Danann.
